Apps Start Bluetooth after plug in AC adapter

I need to write app that start bluetooth after I pluged HTC in charger. Is there someone, whot can help me with this problem?

P.S. Source code would be ideal

I am not going to write the program for you, but I did a tutorial on simple bluetooth functionality over and anddev.

You would just have to watch for the charge state and start the bluetooth connection when it is charging.
