Help Starting RSD protocol support

Please help. My motorola mb855 android 4g 2.3.5 version is not working. I turned on the power button this morning and in white letters on the top of the screen it said "starting rsd protocol support" . The phone is stuck and won't turn off or on. Please help me turn on my phone and start using it like normal again.

Have you tried using the volume keys to scroll up and down through choices?

rsd support may not have options with the Motorola Photon 4G, like the DX2
if it says rsd support, it skipped past the options menu
but would be best to ask in the Motorola Photon 4G forum
