Starting up slow

I have a Samsung Ace 3 S7275R mobile phone and is slow on startup screen
in the beginning. The apps menu is slow and sometimes freezing for sometime in the beginning.
I only have Antivirus and Skype and Wifi that auto-connects during startup.

If the Antivirus app does a scan on startup that would explain it. Also the phone does a media scan on startup. If you have a lot of media files that would slow it down. Skype may be blocking until wifi connects and Skype can log in.
