Ok, so here is the deal. I have had this phone since august. all of a sudden this phone is stuck on a startup loop. it will be on the startup screen and once the tmobile startup music comes on it starts all over again. i have tried the whole holding buttons and resetting thing but it wont even let me select an option before it reboots itself. thankfully i still have the one year warranty but what can i do for future reference if this happens to the new one they are sending me.
