Can we use the static map in Android s/w?

I mean I installed the map to the phones
and then I will use that map in the s/w whenever I need.
when I use the map, I do not need to connect to the google map and do not need to get the internet access because I will use only the preinstalled map in the phone.

Try Map Droid. You can choose which maps to download to the SD card.
