Static WLAN does not work & whats the menu key on wondows keyboard

WLAN without DHCP (static) wount work.
IP: 192.168.0.28
Gateway:192.168.0.254
DNS1:192.168.0.254
DNS2:192.168.0.254
PrefixLength:24

It says that is is connected but its offline. Setting must be OK ?

Secondary I have a windows keyboard + mouse on my android stick and I cannot zoom in chrome.
It should be the followinbg keys: Menu+I / Menu+O , but I dont know whats the menu key on the windows keyboard. Win-Key+I/O does not work.

Whats the menu key on win keyboard or how to zoom with win-keyboard on android chrome ?

Android Menu should be the Option key, between the right hand Windows key and CTRL. That's what it is when I plug a PC keyboard into my phone.

The key you mean opens the More menu in chrome (this with 3 dots) ..Pressing this key with I or O does not zoom in chrome.. why

What router model do you have? IP addresses get determined by your router, not your mobile device. Whether you're relying on DHCP or assigning them manually, you'll be doing it via your router's setup menu.
