I am not getting notification sound nor the icon in status bar for messages and emails. I receive notifications for other apps like whatsapp no problem. Also i have went on my weather app and toggled the temp display off and on..when i turn it on the temp displays blinking then disappears. I am running android 7.0 and i have checked every single setting that i can find and they are all turned on to allow notification, play sound, the volume is up etc. Please help!
