Ok so I'm an ex-blackberry user and one of the main things I found amazing with the blackberry was its BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) application. I enjoyed meeting other BB users from all over and it was a quick way to learn new things the phone had to offer and a meaningful way to make new friends all in the same process. Since I've purchased the HTC EVO I've fallen in love with the device and found another way to still stay connected with my old blackberry friends as well as IPhone users and the like. The application is called "cnectd" which is another form of social networking and it allows you to IM others that have an account setup. So in a sense I still have the best of both worlds since cnectd works almost in the same way that BBM does. I'm not sure cnectd is in the market as of right now but you can setup and download your new account from the computer @ Cnectd - Home.
