Root step by step process to flash droid pro SBF?

hi i was wondering if anyone can post a STEP BY STEP process on how to flash the droid pro SBF? i read the directions on mydroidworld but i am still not really sure how to do it? the reason why i want to flash the SBF is because i was so caught up on removing all the bloatware that instead of just moving it to my SD card, i was DELETING them. so now i want to have all the original bloatware apps back just incase of a future update. someone please help!

when you connect, you should get a notification in the panel. pull down panel and choose the connection, then click on mass storage mode.

i just tried it but on rsd lite i couldn't press the start button. it says connected at the bottom but the start button is grayed out.
