Stereo Sound Output Recording Android App

Hello,
I hope this is the correct subforum to write following question, otherwise please tell me.

I already use apps to record any sound through the microphone (input sound). Now I'm looking for an app (if posaible for free) which only records the output sound for following applications:

a) I want to record from an internet radio with my smartphone (Galaxy Note 3).

b) I'd like to record sounds that I play from Spotify (Stereo Sound) without background noises from microphone. When I deinstall the Spotify app from my smartphone I want still use the recorded audio file.

Any suggestions an useful app?
