Sticky?

what is 'Sticky' in the thread?

In a forum page of threads, some at the top with red "Sticky" are there for various reasons.

sticky .. are threads that are "stuck" at the top.. for members to see.

For example, there are three sticky threads at the top of this Lounge forum. Here is a link to one of them:

When you're looking at the main Lounge page:

The Lounge - Android Forums

you can see them all at the top, but below the several Lounge sub-forums up there (Politics, Forum Games, etc).
