Help Still getting error 489 after clearing cache and data?

Please help. I'm trying to download anything from the Play Store. But i keep getting, "error 489". I've cleared the Play Store and Downloads cache and data, then rebooted my phone, but i keep getting the message. My phone only has internal memory (LG Optimus G, 32gig). I've read some other forums that say to unmount and then mount the sd card, but i have internal memory, and can't do that. My phone is not rooted.
