stm32 micro-controllers Communication

Hi All,

I need to develop the application based on Android and Java which will run on mobile, Tablet which will communicate with firmware/ hardware/ using STM32 microcontrollers

Query is, is it is possible to communicate via USB or Bluetooth for above platform? And how?
