Help stock browser and full websites

I am currently using the stock browser and cannot find the setting to default to the full web page instead of the mobile webpage. Any suggestions?

To consistently get the full, non-mobile versions of web pages, do this:

1. Type about:debug into the URL bar and press enter.
2. Go to Menu > Settings > Debug
3. Change UAString to "desktop"

I'm not sure but you can try. There should be a setting in the Mozilla browser that lets you switch from mobile or desktop, but I'm not sure so take a look in that browzers settings.

from the stock browser, go to settings->degub->uastring, then select desktop. i can't get the about:debug to initiate from the url like suggested.

I tried this & changed from Android to desktop settings like suggested.

It made all the site go to their mobile version??

So I changed it back

The setting is persistent, but only stays applied until the next time you reboot. The only way I've found to get around this is to make about:debug the homepage, and then get in the habit of tapping the address bar and Enter once upon first use after booting. Not a great solution I know, but it works.

The v3.2 update fixed this and now it is persistent, even after a reboot. I haven't had to go into debug settings in quite a while now.
