Hey guys. I was on tmo MM(metro device)with root and twrp. I down graded to 10i tmo using LG Flash Tool 2014. I then rooted using kingroot and installed TWRP using Flashify. Once in Twrp, I restored my phone to stock metro 10j using @DrakenFX bootstack and stock restore zips. Numerous times, i have upgraded the stock metro 10j to stock metro MM through both the system update and the LG UP tool. Both cause a softbrick as well(freeze on metro boot anim) and am able to battery pull, volume down +power, release power, press power to factory reset. My phone then boots normally( unlocked bootloader at top of lg boot logo) and i am able to set it up as a new device. I am currently on stock metro MM. My issue is trying to root stock MM on metro. I have been using the all in one tool here

and each time, once I reboot into Twrp and flash the update.zip, i restart my phone and get stuck on the metro pcs boot animation. The instructions provided in the tool say to install zip adb sideload, so I flash the .update from my external sd. While on 10 i and 10j my device does not say bootlosder unlocked. Once i upgrade to MM, the message reappears at the top of the boot logo. Am I soft bricking because their are still traces of kingroot? Am I using the all in one tool wrong? From tmo 10i with kingroot, through a stock restore to metro 10j to the update to stock metro MM, the king root app stays on my phone if i do not remove it. Once on 10j metro, I lose root and twrp, and can only delete kingroot app when i revoke it as a device administrator. How do I go about rooting and installing TWRP on stock Metro MM with a bootloader that is already unlocked using the all in one oem unlock root custom recovery tool? I have all appropriate drivers on my pc. Unknown settings and usb debugging are on. The program recognizes my device and boots it into Twrp. Thank you kindly guys. Any help is appreciated.
