Stock SMS/ Cant send pictures

This is silly but I cannot send multimedia messages. I can receive perfectly. My parents who have the same carrier, can send with no issues.

Is this a glitch with S7?

Is there a better messaging app that can replace the stock one?

Help.
 
You may need to contact your carrier and make sure your account is provisioned for MMS.

Some tariffs do not have MMS as part of them and as such don't come out of a texting allowance and are charged for.

A good 3G signal minimum is also needed to send mms.

It says error network error.

I called my t-mobile provider, we have unlimited, checked my settings and trouble shooted still nothing.

My parents are in the same house, same provider and account no issues with their s6.

It's just sending I have issues. (I don't have a cap)

Try Textra and see if that works.

Swap your sim into another phone and try. If the problem persists, it's your account rather than the phone or software.

That's brilliant. I'm going to try that and I started using textra and it worked at first and now doesnt. Going to try my sim now!
 
Check that the APN settings are correct. You can change them within Textra. They can be found with a Google search. I had to do that when I started using Textra. Never tried the stock app so can't help with that.
