Help stop app recommendation

[Android Question]

Hi guys I am using a Sony Z3 compact still running on android 4.4.4. So recently I have came across this annoying thing where whenever I unlock my screen, there is a pop up message that recommends me to download an app. I do not know if this is an android feature or is it a bug caused my a specific app I downloaded into my phone. but I sure want to get rid of it. Please help.
