stop auto shortcut creation

Cool apps shortcut creation will not stop adding shortcuts. Motorola .razor Verizon.shortcuts keep taking up whole pages only way to stop is to turn off WiFi.
 
Are you talking about when you install an app from the Play store? If so, open the Play store app, tap the Menu button, tap Settings, uncheck Auto-add widgets.
