That feature is most likely in your settings options of the app, whether your talking about on your phone or PC, it would be for both

Depends if you're talking about pc or not.

On pc you would right click the dropbox icon and go to settings then unlink (this part is practically the same on phone)

After you unlink/unregister then delete dropbox files on computer (no need to do this on phone). Then you can log into dropbox with another account.

If you just wanna stop dropbox from started every time you log in to your pc then you need to disable the startup entry

On XP open start menu and click 'run' and type in 'misconfig.exe' and hit enter. Go to startup tab and uncheck dropbox, then hit apply and ok, then restart

On Vista/7 then open start menu and simply type misconfig, hit enter and follow the above instructions.
