Help STOP flight mode "Phone Options" Screen

Hi Guys,
Does anyone know how to remove or stop the Phone Options screen popping up when pressing the power/sleep button ?
The problem I have is when the ZTE Racer Mobile is in my pocket it seems to put itself into flight mode via the phone option and everything is off and on silent making the phone as useful as a brick.
Sometimes also when I press the power/sleep button on the top of the mobile to go into sleep the phone option screen pops up.
