Stop games images from installing on devices

Hello, I have a Alcatel fierce XL and when l play games on it, It seem to auto install images from the game into my photo file. Mostly Avatars are being installed and I've tried adding a .nomedia file to my device that supposedly catch these files and keep him from being installed but it doesn't seem to work. Do anybody know what I can do to stop these hundreds from images from automatically installing themselves in to my device when I'm playing games?

Do they leave when you quit the game? Change every time you play?

Nomedia works well for static images.

No they don't leave I notice them building up when I check my files. CC cleaner schedule inform me that I have new photos in my photo files and all comes from games. Galaxy Wars by im30 dev is notorious for leaving Avatar images on your device, so I spend a little while deleting them because I don't want my personal photos to get deleted with them.

Can you change permissions on those apps?

Someone that knows game apps can hopefully help you then.
