Stop message

Hey gang, i'm a new cell phone user, i have a Blu 5.0 Android !!! It has a message on it that says "Security Guard is Running" ....... How do i stop this message from appearing ??

Probably in security in settings

Thanks for the reply ! Never saw anything in "Security" that would or looked like it was related. But i did "Reboot" the phone & it's gone for now !!
