Help Stop my Text messages showing under my Contacts

This is in your phone or contacts app? That must be a Samsung thing, and I'm afraid I don't have one of those to investigate on.
 
You need to go into your phone settings, apps and then find the contact app. Now select it and look for Permissions, under permissions deny the SMS permission.

This will remove the text messages from showing under your contacts, but will also block you from being able to send an SMS through the contacts app.
