Stop screen from turning off when locked?

Is there a way to prevent the screen from ever turning off when the screen is locked? I'm trying to find a way to stay on top of my schedule for work. I found a junk tracfone that I set up right in front of my workspace that it's only purpose is to keep me on task during the day. My work prohibits me from disabling locking the phone. But, when I get my alerts, they all show up on the notification lock screen. I would like the lock screen to never dim.

Open your developers options, and select Stay Awake.

Ughhh... my Security department is really annoying me. They disallowed developer options. The one tracfone, I'm signed in directly with my corporate account to the phone. I just tried my personal phone where I just have it loaded as a work profile, and it doesn't allow me to turn on developer options either.

Yeh, if it's some locked company device you've got. We can't do a lot about that.

Neither of the phones are "technically" company owned devices. I bought both of the phones. Our company is is gsuite company so we use Gmail and all the Google suite products. I have an android. The one phone, I signed in directly as my company email which means it locked down my whole phone. The other phone, I signed into the phone as my personal Gmail but then I added my work profile which applied my security's device profile.

I'm trying to find any way i can to just keep the screen back-lit. I could change the other phone so it's signed in as me so I can access the whole Google play store. Then download an app that some how would mimic that I'm tapping the screen periodically. Seems like an app like this would exist.

Delete your Google account from your personal device.
The one that you only want notifications from.

Of course, if you are wanting notifications from any Google services, then they will not work.

Perhaps you can use non Google apps to keep you on task with notifications?

That won't work either. I mean it would but not what I'm looking for. I want to be alerted about my work appointments. There probably isn't a way to do it. The way I'm doing it now is I have an Alexa on my desk. Every morning I look at my calendar and copy and paste to my personal Gmail. Alexa tells me about my appointment. I wish it would stay on the screen until I dismiss it. I also have a Google hub on my desk. But it's way worse for alerting. It just displays it in text but doesn't make any noise to get my attention. But it doesn't help me if someone changes or adds an appointment to my calendar mid day.

Then delete the work profile on the device that does not require it, and use developers options to keep the screen on.

I was wondering too... I'm totally not an iPhone fan. But if I got a cheap one and loaded the Google work mail on it, will my security be able to prohibit me from allowing the screen to turn off?

Speaking of that, mine is always wide awake for charging, at least it has a few navy blue lines when connecting to my comp or my walloutlet, it depends on what kind of OS you have in the first place, do us a favor and head to the about phone.

Well, if I delete the work profile, then it's no better than the way I'm doing it now
How so?
You don't need the work profile for G-mail to work.
You are getting notificatons via G-mail, and your calendar, right?

Neither need a work profile.
Without the work profile, no lockdown.
No lockdown, developers options work, and then stay awake can be activated.

I have 0 experience with iphone.

In your case, it would be like working for GM and driving a Ford to work.

I bet Goggle has a way to make it work for them and not for you.

Maybe your best bet is to delete the work profile, leave your Google account on the device, tie your work G-mail to your normal G-mail, and open developers options to activate stay awake.

Bring the device to work, plug it into a charger, and see what happens.
