Stop waking up...

Ever since android 10 update, when a notification comes while phone is in pocket, it wakes up and a bunch of stuff gets pressed. How do I have notificstes as audio only? Keeping the touch screen inactive...
 
Look in your notification or privacy settings (Samsung tend to rearrange menus so I can't say exactly where). If you set it to hide notification content on the lockscreen that might suffice.
