Help Storage becomes write-protected

Ive had this phone for 2weeks and i just bought a new 32gb sandisk. I notice that after transferring songs/file/movie my card suddenly would be in write protected mode in which i cannot delete/move using my phones explorer or card reader. I also notice that after copying that file and check it i noticed some weird characters inside and thats the time i knew it is in write protected mode again.Anyone have experience this problem?

on my Mac while using the Card reader is said read only once or twice usually just eject the card and try again and it works for me

I dont have that option. By the way im using windows 7. I have select and unselect usb debug mode. I uninstall Kaspersky antivirus as i thought it was making a conflict. Ive tried to sync with Kies. Well sometimes after transferring the files it seems to be fine but then after transferring again another song the next day suddenly it becomes write protected again. I have re-formatted my card 6x already since I had this problem. Ive searched on the net but it seems only few have experienced this kind of problem. My last resort is to buy again a new sd card hopefully it is just a problem on the card. Though if anyone has a better solution I would really appreciate it.

Sorry, im using a Kingston 32gb card. I dont know if it makes a difference. It still new though
