Help Storage issues

Hi
I have q HTC 310 and it is decent except when when it comes to storage. You canot move apps to the internal storage without root. I did root and got foldermount to mount the game storage folders. Not the actual game. My GPS (google play services) is out of date and i can not access even the play store so I got it manually. I have 131mb free according to root browser and the settings but I can't install anything! Even the gps apk. So my phone is stuck with nothing google running. I need help working out how to make my phone install these apps. By the way, games that have almost all there data from foldermount in the SD card install but nothing else. Help is appreciated.
Thanks.

The system has to maintain a minimum of empty space for normal operation, for temporary files, caches, stuff like that. Without it, the system becomes unstable or worse.

It's similar to an ordinary PC when the hard drive is nearly full. The computer sets unstable, crashes, blue screens, bad things happen.

You have simply not got enough free space for the phone to function properly, much less install more stuff. So, things fail. The only cure is to make at least a few hundred MB of free space.

Install this little app. It's very small and should fit even in very limited storage. It will show you how much space you actually have to install more software.
