Apps Storage problem of emulator g1

hi when i am running my application on android emulator (sdk1.5)
which has apk is 16MB that time it gives me error- Installation error: INSTALL_FAILED_INSUFFICIENT_STORAGE

what can i do???????
please help.:confused:
