I have a new Samsung J7 Sky Pro. It is already out of storage. I have inserted an sd card. Te app I use "Move to SD card" says it now shares the os and will store on the SD card. I guess it does not do that because the phone still says " storage problem". Any help out here? Thanks is advance.

Storage Problem on Samsung J7 Pro

Apps that are supposed to move your apps to external micro-SD storage, like App2SD, usually require the phone to be rooted and the micro-SD to be specially formatted. What app are you using? Do you have a Play Store URL for it?

To my experience you have to move just so many number of apps in order to start reflecting to the Disk Space..try to move as many as you can..also you must have something on your storage that its weight is heavy..sometimes is very hard to find those and normally they hide in the most recondite obscure corner somewhere on your phone..could be a back up you did(sometimes its weight up to 7gigs)..
