Storage? SG3

The app that comes with the phone that breaks down how data is stored on the phone is telling me that my apps are taking up 1.09TB on the color bar. So the color bar which depicts a visual reference of how much storage space is available is visually filled with a solid green.

The rest of the app says I am only using about half my storage. Which I am sure it's more accurate. Did they do some kind of update that turned my phone into a super phone?

Since my post it has gone down to .88? TB, now it is higher.

If I did the attachment correctly it should be showing.

I am assuming the fault is in the app. When I tapped on the app line down on the previous attachment it went to this screen which shows the total for all apps.
