Just wondering if there is a secret to using the available space on a Samsung galaxy tab 4 7.0? Every time we try to put an app on it it fails to download due to not enough space. my tablet says there is 3.6 gig of available space. I've even transfered the apps that are on it to the micro SD card and still get that error.

You can't use all of the space: the system will always try to reserve some as working storage. How much depends on the device and OS version, but it's typically in the range 200-750 MB, so if you have 3.6 GB free that isn't the problem.
