I purchased a straight talk sim from online and they gave me 3 choices, ATT compatibale sim, T mobile compatible phone and unlock phone. I was sent a ATT sim card, which doesn't work in my area, I called straight talk and told them that they sent me the wrong sim for my area, and I needed a T mobile in my area. They refused and told me that I should have picked T mobile compatible phone. I told their rep that I don't have a T mobile phone the phone I have is just a unlocked phone and that's what I picked. I told them that my zip code would have told them that ATT doesn't have coverage in my area. the rep said that he understand the mistake but could not send me the correct sim and that I had to buy it. He also looked up and seen that the sim card was the wrong one but still told me that it wasn't nothing they could do but buy another sim card. I feel that straight talk is not caring for there customers because they made the mistake and they are not going to fix it. as like walmart itself, from how there customer service was to how it is now..straight talk was great until they had enough customers then went to crap..so if there is anyone that has straight talk service and they are not getting treated fairly they should drop them and pic up a different carrier,because you could be next and like me when you read how straight talk does someone and don't care until it happens to you, please remind them that they don't get rich on there on, there customer make them rich and some companies forget... thank you for you time. This is real..and don't wait until its too late that your voice and opinion don't mean anything..

Sorry to hear that you are having issues with straight talk... all I can suggest is that you call and ask to speak to one of the sales rep's managers and hopefully they will take your comments on board and try to resolve your issues!
