Straight Talk voicemail

Can anyone tell me how to set up voicemail with straight talk on a honor 5x? Straight Talk has been little help. Thank you

Go into your dialer and long press 1 that should go into voicemail settings. Or see if they have an app for it

Yes, it goes to a AT&T voice mail system, but AT&T is just the carrier straight talk uses, the system asks for a passcode I do not have. I think it is for AT&T customers only.

Please contact our Customer Care Center at 1-877-430-CELL (2355) in order to troubleshoot your Voice Mail issue.

Instructions state to dial my own cell phone number and enter 9999, however I just get a busy signal, I am going to try calling their tech support number. Thanks
