Root Straight talk

Question,, I have straight talk s3 3g, it is on the Verizon network. Will the Verizon builds work for this phone because Verizon has 4glte phones where as when I got this one 4glte had not been released for straight talk yet thanks for replies.

I have rooted and installed TWRP and CM12 built for the Verizon i535 on the Straight Talk variant but it was 4g LTE already.
I think you will be looking at a hardware limitation trying to get 4g.

OK thanks,, I'm not trying to get 4glte capabilities I'm just concerned if I flash the wrong program,, say a 4glte s3 program to a 3g s3 phone it would brick it. I don't know how to to tell the difference. All I see is a reference to Verizon and I can't find a dedicated straight talk area with the mention of just 3g..I guess I need to just bite the bullet and get a fold up generic phone lol [emoji16] thanks for the reply and hope you have a great day.
