Strange download

Hi. I received a notification from Download Manager that something called "start_here.html" has been downloaded onto my Galaxy Note 8. I can't find any clear info on what that is. Any thoughts?

I wonder if you accidentally long pressed a url and opted to "Save link as..." If you are curious, you could open it with a text editor to see what's inside. I wouldn't open it in a browser lest there be embedded java or such. An html file should be harmless, but I would just delete it.

I would agree with @Unforgiven on this one: just delete it. If it's important or something you want, it'll download again and maybe then you'll have a better idea of what prompted the download.

It turns out it's a Help page from Samsung. Very peculiar.
