If you tap on your Notifications bar, does that reveal anything about it's source? You might also want to just look through your Settings >> Apps menu and see if one of your installed apps has a matching or similar icon.

If you don't see it in you Apps menu, this is a bit of a involved process but:
-- Long press on one of your screens and select 'Widgets'
-- Scroll down the resulting list and find 'Settings'; press and drop it onto your screen'
-- A short cut window will result; scroll down and select 'Notification log'
This should result in the screen itself again. Tap on the Notification log icon you just made to open it and the resulting log should show your recent notifications history, including apps/services in both the foreground and background with their respective icons.

Hello svim, thank you for your reply ; when I was clicking on notification bar to see what is this icon I didn't find any of the list in notification menu with matches this icon and also I went to installed apps menu non of them has this icon even I went to system apps and nothing has this icon , finally I tried the way you mentioned for widgets, after long press I choose widgets but then in the list there is no settings option to add a a widget, what should I do now? I am really worried about this icon that it can be some kind of hack specially that this is my first android phone which I use after using iPhone for long years .
