Strange Notification

For the last few days, whenever I hang up a call, I get this notification:

Can't get payment history. Please check License.

I presume it's coming from Straight talk, because it only happens every time I hang up and I don't have any other ongoing payments attached to my ZTE Valet... anyone seen this?

And I've checked my account online, everything looks fine.
 
Its reading and writing your current minutes . it should say USD and something else
If I am not mistaken it maybe a prop edit and maybe not it will stop
 
I'm on the $45 per month plan with automatic payments. There was a hitch early this year when my bank changed my card and I didn't think to notify ST, but there's been several payments since that. And last weekend, I bought and returned three phones, trying to find one that behaved.

None of that has affected my payments and I don't know what the hell they mean by the word 'license.' Then again, I really don't know who's saying it, just seems like ST would be the reasonable assumption. I'll go by there tomorrow and ask them.
 
I had it when I unlocked a bionic but I had the USD and that pop up in 2bubbles . but it did it til the second billing cycle but I Dont know if it was a build.prop edit that fixed cause no one answered my post .
