For some reason my streak (on the latest official update, only a few months old as well) suddenly flashed up onto the O2 screen that comes on when you turn it on. It was completely unresponsive so I pulled the battery (which has fixed this loads of times) and restarted only to be met by the Android 1st time startup screen??!! I went through all the details of starting it up again to find my numbers have all been lost, I then got a text off my wife (the full thread of which was still on the phone) which I read then locked my phone as normal.
I've now tried to unlock my phone and all it does now is flash up com.dell.launcher has stopped unexpectedly, if I force close it and either send the report, log it or quit it still continuously shows the same process error so my phone is completely unuseable!!
Any suggestions or people who've had the same problem??
