I run Ubuntu 9.10 & have a brand new Droid from Verizon.
Here's what I want to do:
Download a torrent to my pc into a folder (this works fine already wit Deluge)
Have an application search that Same default folder & offer up anything it recognizes (avi, mov, wav, mp3, ogg, etc) for streaming on demand
Have an app where I can play said streams from my droid.
I've downloaded a torrent control app for my Droid, so once I have that set up I should be able to remotely add torrents too.
One, cludge I've already considered is setting up an ftp server & then I can just ftp from my pc to my droid & then play locally. But that's too mundane.
If there are Windowsapps available, I'm wiliing to try them in Wine.
Any thouhts & help appreciated.
