stream video to a non-network pc.

does anybody know how to stream live video to a non-networked pc, like say i'm at work and on my way to a fire and want to use my a855 as a "live dash cam", or want to call up friends in another state and say go to http://xxx.xxx.xx and watch us drive down the road in realtime? i've used ip webcam, it works great over my network but not remotely.

Try Qik

It's been around a few years now. Lets you stream live from your phone and saves the recording at the same time to a profile page. I think the latest version connects with Facebook and Twitter and posts links to the video there too.
