Streaming embedded Windows Media...

So I have two android devices and love them, but I have several embedded Windows Media streams that I cannot view on either.

This is a good example site that I can't see on Android

DTS--Live Images, City and County of Honolulu, Hawaii

There are others, but that's the basic issue. Anyone have any suggestions? I've looked around and I can't seem to find an answer.
