I have always owned an iPod classic since that was the mp3 player with the biggest storage space. Since I got my Android phone I've pretty much ditched it and started streaming all my music. I've been using Audiogalaxy most of the time, and I totally love the app. It works great, it never crashes, the UI is very user-friendly, etc. The only thing is that I listen to music pretty much 24/7, and I can't keep my PC powered on all the time.
I'm thinking of getting a NAS drive the coming month, so I can access my music everywhere, all the time, 24/7/365. I've been looking around, but haven't found a clear-cut answer on which app to use in combination with a NAS. I know there are plenty file explorers that you can use to access your files and play them, but there has to be some sort of media player with a UI geared towards browsing by artist, genre, etc.
There have to be other audiophiles out there that are enjoying their entire music library in this fashion, so I figured I'd sign up here and ask. Any ideas, anyone?
