Radiotime ($3) can do it. 610AM out of Houston has it and I'm sure many other radio stations on there do it as well.
For a free option you could try A Online Radio and use Radio Stations - The Jim Rome Show to see if you can find a station that broadcasts online in a format that works with the program.
