I take it you've found the correct firmware zip file from the manufacturer? Is there an ADB sideload option in recovery? Have you tried that?

Outwith that, I'm not sure what else to suggest, it's an ancient tablet by a relatively unknown manufacturer so support and knowledge is going to be very limited (if not non existent).

You don't need USB debugging to be on when you're flashing, it doesn't matter. And bootloop means you can't get in your system, but you said that you "tried flahing, USB debugging must be on".

If you have TWRP3 recovery (I know you don't, but I will just say), you can get out of bootloop in at least 3 ways:

-Use File Manager to remove/restore what you did to get out of bootloop.

-Sideload stock ROM with ADB sideload via Tools > ADB Sideload feature.

-Get in the menu of TWRP, use PC to copy the stock ROM to Internal Storage and just flash it.

If you don't have (which is probably your case), there is still a way to flash ROM in your device:

1. Download this .zip file:
ftp://support.archos.com/Smartphones&Tablets/Copper/90%20Copper/

2. Flash it using your recovery.

it says installation aborted when i apply update from sd card also there is apply update from ADB and cache in recovery but yeah that file didnt work also what are HDD Content because thats the file u told me to flash (also about the firmware i didnt find one on the site but i find about 2 files both didnt get work.... well the device didnt get detected even so its plugged in and charging)

The holy grail you seek is still not found.

I've heard of Archos, but never actually seen one. Do we know who actually manufactured this device, or I suspect it's from an unknown Chinese OEM..maybe TCL? Which can make things extremely difficult or impossible when it comes to obtaining the correct firmware and good information for them. Also the fact that this tablet has a Mediatek processor, basically means that third-party developers can't and won't really be interested in working with it.

If the thing I mentioned isn't the firmware, then sorry. You will probably need to send the device to repair shop. I cannot manage to find info about the firmware, even on Archos website.
