Root Stuck in fastboot

Ok I flashed a rom, and was stuck on the LG logo so I tried a bunch of different guides, and one them said to earse all the partitions, and flash just the recovery.img. Now my lg l70 just goes straight to fastboot mode wether its trying to charge or when I turn it on. The phone was rooted before this, and the bootloader is unlocked.
 
I am able to get to recovery by using fastboot I just found out but I dont have a backup of everything if someone can post a backup I would appreciate it.
