Help Stuck in recovery(lenovo)

ok, so every time i try to boot, i get a screen with "lenovo-Recovery" on the top left. and "system clean failure"
in kind off the middle of the screen and there is back button. In the main menu of recovery, there are 4 options; reboot, install package from zip, wipe user data, and poweroff . I cannot boot into os, cannot enable usb dubbing and etc. please help!!!! mail me at nitel440@gmail.com

You will probably need to reflash the ROM. What happened for it to be like this?
