I don't know how or why, but my phone is stuck in safe mode. I can call and text, but there are some apps that that I can't use. I already did a factory reset, took out the battery & sim card and nothing. Also the screen will not stay off. I push the button on the top and the screen goes off then it comes back on, there's no way to turn it off, the same thing happens with the automatic screen timeout. I don't know if these issues are related to each other.
