Stuck in Talkback mode? Lol. Help me someone!

Somehow, someway, I activated the talkback function and now I can barely use my phone.
it talks back with every move I make and even turning all accessibility features off hasn't stopped it!

Any suggestions on how to escape this hell?

Use two fingers, and that should scroll down the menu, you also need to tap twice to select the item, and tap twice for confirmations.

I found accessibility, turned off all accessibility features, and it's still going on!

I figured it out.
I went to apps-permissions-"android accessibility suite"-Force Stop-and then Disable.
Jesus. that was spooky.

I don't know the LG V30 at all, but FWIW this is where TalkBack is on a Huawei with 8.1 Oreo...
