Help Stuck notification icon?

Hi guys,

I have this stuck notification icon in the status bar. The "clear" button does not appear... I tried factory reset, but nothing

Any solution?

That is a notification that will generally not go away. Do not let it stress you, it is perfectly normal.

That isn't normal. I don't know. How to clear the notification, in my phone the clear button appears at the top right corner. And then its easy.

What happens if you enable it again?

Since I upgraded to 2.3.4, I have noticed that when that notification does appear, the clear button is not present. However the notification seems to disappear of its own accord after some time.
