stuck on Authorizing purchase/no refund

I have seen some threads about similar issues but my problem seems to be greater because i can't refund the app. I can cancel the download but when i try to refund i get a server error/try again.

Did it actually charge you for the app?? Anytime something like that has happened to me, it's cause something was wrong with the CC linked to the account or the CC denied the charge.

It did charge my account. This has happened to multiple people. I tried getting into contact with google market/checkout but they don't offer contact information or resource other than the dev and forums.
